These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rocky Mountain Rodeo Challenge website (“Website”) and participation in Rocky Mountain Rodeo Challenge events (“Event”), operated by BATZ Entertainment LLC (“RMRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this Website or purchasing tickets, registering for activities, or participating in any Event, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Interfere with Website security or operation

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission

• Use this Website in a way that harms RMRC or its users

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

All content on this Website and at RMRC Events—including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Event names

• Graphics

• Photography

• Video

• Marketing materials

• Show concepts

• Arena production elements

are the exclusive property of BATZ Entertainment LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

A. Ticket Purchases

Tickets are sold subject to availability and may be processed through third-party ticketing platforms.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

B. Refunds

No refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of full cancellation of the Event. Schedule changes, performance changes, or weather conditions do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.

C. Event Modifications

RMRC reserves the right to:

• Modify event schedules

• Change performers or competition format

• Adjust seating configurations

• Modify production elements

without prior notice.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that rodeo activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Livestock unpredictability

• Projectiles from arena (debris, equipment, etc.)

• Loud noises, pyrotechnics, and lighting effects

• Slips, trips, and falls in crowded environments

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

Participation in certain Event activities – including but not limited to mutton busting, in-arena promotions, audience contests, sponsor activations, on-field or on-arena appearances, “Fan of the Night,” interactive entertainment segments, or entertainer-led audience participation (collectively, “Activities”) – may involve physical movement, livestock interaction, performance participation, or other inherent risks.

By voluntarily entering the arena floor, backstage or competition areas, activation zones, or otherwise participating in any Activity – whether pre-registered or selected spontaneously during the Event – you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is entirely voluntary.

• You assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with such participation.

• You release and hold harmless BATZ Entertainment LLC, Rocky Mountain Rodeo Challenge, Maverik Center, West Valley City, Centennial Management Group, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, livestock providers, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims arising from participation, including claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• You represent that you are physically capable of participating and are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that would impair your ability to safely participate.

• RMRC reserves the right to deny or terminate participation at any time for safety reasons.

For minors selected for spontaneous participation, parental or guardian consent will be obtained prior to participation whenever reasonably possible. However, any adult voluntarily entering the arena or activation area assumes full responsibility for their participation.

Entry into restricted areas, arena floor spaces, or activation zones without authorization constitutes voluntary participation in Event Activities and acceptance of associated risks.

By entering the Event venue, you grant RMRC and its affiliates permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photography and video recordings for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify Event staff in writing prior to entry.

The Website may contain links to third-party services (including ticketing platforms and sponsors).

RMRC is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, policies, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BATZ Entertainment LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits or revenue

Technical interruptions

Website downtime

Errors or inaccuracies in content

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant ticket or registration.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMRC, BATZ Entertainment LLC, sponsors, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Your participation in Event activities

Your misuse of the Website

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Utah.

RMRC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
