Rocky Mountain Rodeo Challenge

All ticket purchases and registrations for the Rocky Mountain Rodeo Challenge (“RMRC”) are subject to the following terms.
All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued except as expressly provided below or as required by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Changes in personal plans
-
Illness (non-emergency)
-
Travel complications
-
Weather conditions
-
Performer or contestant changes
-
Schedule adjustments
Ticket Resale & Transfer Restrictions
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale above face value without the express written consent of RMRC. RMRC reserves the right to cancel tickets that are resold in violation of this policy without refund.
RMRC is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers. Entry may be denied for invalid or fraudulently obtained tickets.
Event Modifications
RMRC reserves the right to modify the Event, including:

Competition format
-
Contestants or performers
-
Production elements
-
Schedule adjustments
-
Seating configurations
Such modifications do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
Partial Performance & Delays
Rodeo events may be delayed, paused, or shortened due to:

Safety concerns
-
Livestock considerations
-
Weather conditions
-
Technical issues
-
Venue or operational circumstances
If a performance begins, no refunds will be issued due to partial completion or delays.
Event Cancellation
In the event the entire performance is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive instructions regarding refund procedures through the original ticketing platform.
Refunds, if issued, will be limited to the face value of the ticket. Service fees and processing fees may not be refundable depending on ticketing provider policies.
Postponement Or
Rescheduling
If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund eligibility, if offered, will be determined in accordance with ticketing provider policies and venue agreements.
Registration Fees
Registration fees for participation or competition activities, including Mutton Busting & Bucket-List Bull Riding:

Are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

May be transferred only at RMRC’s discretion.

Will not be refunded due to participant withdrawal unless the entire Event is cancelled.
If a participant fails to check in by the designated time, the registration may be forfeited without refund.
Force Majeure
RMRC shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God
-
Severe weather
-
Government orders
-
Public health emergencies
-
Venue closures
-
Utility interruptions
-
Labor disputes
-
Livestock safety concerns
In such cases, refund decisions will be made at RMRC’s discretion in accordance with venue and ticketing agreements.
Chargebacks
& Disputess
By purchasing tickets, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of confirmed Event cancellation.
Improper chargebacks may result in:

Denial of future ticket purchases

Legal recovery of disputed funds
-
Recovery of administrative costs and fees
